Motivation

I have found that it is a MUST to have a focal point to motivate yourself, and stay motivated.  My motivation starts with myself.  I want to be fit, I want to be healthy, and I want to be around a very long time.   Thankfully I have a wonderful husband and daughter to spend the rest of my life sharing things with, and getting myself in shape is one way to help preserve that.  Amber is 14 now, and being a teenage girl isn't easy in itself, let alone trying to keep up with the "plastics" from Mean Girls.

The picture in the top left corner is me, in 1996, not thin, but much thinner than I have been since then, so when I look at that picture it reminds me that all things are attainable, and also that the little girl with me, needs me...healthy, and for as long as possible.
